I’ve secured an interview! What should I wear?

Perhaps one of the most common questions candidates have in the entire Recruitment process…what to wear to the interview?

Aviation is one industry where image & grooming standards are at their highest - especially on the international stage. Recruiters and Hiring managers want to be able to picture you doing the job - they want you to appear believable when you arrive to the interview, so keep this in mind.

As the age-old saying goes, ‘Dress for the job you want’.

Different airlines have different grooming standards based on the image they want to present to the world, many of which incorporate cultural sensitivities. With this in mind, it’s always best to take the conservative approach.
If you have any tattoos, cover them up. If you have facial hair and are unwilling to part with it, make sure it’s well trimmed and shaped. Ladies, go for neutral shades when applying makeup.
