Ross is a Melbourne-based Talent Acquisition and Aviation Professional on a mission to contribute to the wider Aviation community in coaching and mentoring candidates to achieving their dedicated career goals.

Ross has over 15 years experience within the industry itself, having started out as Cabin Crew for Emirates based in Dubai before returning to Australia achieving his Recreational Pilot’s License. Soon after, the world was overcome by the global pandemic and ultimately lead to a shift in his career path.

Successful in obtaining employment as a Direct Entry Cabin Manager for Alliance Airlines (Australia’s 2nd biggest airline by fleet size, operating on behalf of Virgin Australia, Qantas in addition to their own charter operations), Ross progressed quickly through the ranks to Cabin Crew Trainer, Checker, then Base Manager - Cabin Crew.

In 2023, Ross was promoted into the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team with Alliance Airlines where he recruited for roles such as Cabin Crew, Pilots and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. Hosting Recruitment Days across the country and interviewing hundreds of hopefuls, his passion for coaching and mentoring candidates grew.

Since launching Sky Coach, Ross has guided flight attendant and pilot candidates to achieving successful interview results for airlines such as Emirates, Qantas, Cathay Pacific, Air New Zealand, British Airways, Hawaiian and more.
