Are cover letters overrated?

When it comes to applying for a Cabin Crew position, cover letters have their place.

Many airlines hire large numbers of crew in any one recruitment drive, so your cover letter may be overlooked. However, cover letters do provide the perfect opportunity for you to explain anything that may raise questions on your Resume.

For example, you apply for a position in a city other than where you live. You could use your cover letter to briefly explain you are willing to relocate for the role, and offer them a time frame of when you plan on doing so!
